I painted this in a series of 4. I wanted them to be about stereotypes, labels, mother guilt, balancing life and the wisdom you gain from growing older.
 
This woman ended up with a wild hairdo which made me think of how different we feel when we dress up and dress nicely for ourselves. No matter that kind of a day/week/month you are having, dress fabulously and own it!  You've got this!
