As an intuitive artist, I rarely start creating knowing what I am going to paint.
I start drawing or putting paint down and something takes over. I sit with them afterwards to see what thoughts come up for me and what message I need to pass on.
 
"A Stitch In Time" is about the time we waste overthinking things and stressing ourselves out. If we just spent 20 mins on it, it would be over. We spend 100x more time being anxious about it, often wondering why we wasted so much time and didn't just get on with it in the first place.
 
It is about noticing what beliefs hold us back from taking action.
