Soul Connection Art Journaling

Soul Connection Art Journaling classes are a way for you to shed your many hats and sit and do something just for you.

March's prompt is "Playing with Colour".

We will be doing a quick relaxation exercise to start and spending a few minutes checking in with ourselves before we start.

You will then be able to choose a pack of papers in one colour with the idea to create a collage that tells a story.

That story can be personal, made up or symbolic of something like a song, movie or artwork. It is totally up to you. You do not have to come with an idea, let the images on the paper help you out.
