What is Creative Alchemy?

Creative Alchemy is a guided mixed media art experience for women who are ready to explore, reflect, create, and reconnect with themselves through creativity.

Each class begins with a gentle guided relaxation inspired by a theme, season, story, or idea. From there, we use a variety of mixed media techniques including paint, collage, drawing, mark-making, journalling, and creative play to bring our reflections to life on the page.

This is not an art class where you'll be taught to paint a perfect picture. Nor is it therapy or counselling.

Instead, Creative Alchemy offers a supportive space to slow down, get curious, express yourself, and create meaningful artwork inspired by your own thoughts, experiences, values, and imagination.
