Art Journaling With Soul

Everyone is creative. We may be holding on to limiting beliefs from our childhood believing we don't have it in us. Your inner critic is lying! This is more than just an art class. It is a space for fun, for the unexpected to come out on the page, for you to add your own story to your art, for you to feel connected to others and the person residing inside having to wear many hats. Art journaling is about visually expressing your thoughts, memories and emotions. It is a mixed media class so we use things such as paper, stencils and all sorts of pencils, paints and pens. You will learn different art journaling techniques as well as mindfulness activities. This class is for those who think they don't have a creative bone in their body up to professional artists. Our art space is a relaxing environment and I support your creativity at whatever stage you are at.

First time students receive an art journal to work in and take home.

Each month we have a different prompt which will include a guided relaxation or some jounaling beforehand to get us thinking about what we want our page to look like.

You will go home with new skills, a beautiful page to look at and remind you of your strengths and feeling lighter.
