This is more than just an art class! It is a space for fun, for the unexpected to come out on the page, for you to add your own story to your art, for you to feel connected to others and the person residing inside having to wear many hats.

Art journaling is about visually expressing your thoughts, memories and emotions. 

It is a mixed media class so we use things such as paper, stencils and all sorts of pencils, paints & pens.

You will learn different art journaling techniques as well as mindfulness activities.

This class is for those who think they don't have a creative bone in their body up to professional artists.
